Network blocking party chat

I have an error that is preventing me from using party chat. I tried searching the error code, and there is no file on it. I checked all my connection status' and the only one to give me a problem was the tereledo or something in the multiplayer connection.
I followed all the directions to fix it, but the support page it was just trying to get my NAT open, which it was to begin with. It still gives me the multiplayer error, yet I have no problem connecting and playing games with people. However, I still am unable
to chat. I tried unplugging my xbox, and when it restarted I was able to chat for maybe 3 minutes before it again came up with the same error and disconnected me. Any solutions to this problem?

every time I join a party, it says your network settings are blocking party chat

 

I'm having the same issue this worked for me for a little bit but the problem comes back, go to settings, network, advance settings then clear mac address, the xbox will reset now do a power cycle, hold the off button on your xbox for 10 sec wait for it
to shut down then unplug the power from the wall then your xbox wait 20 to 30 sec then plug it all back in and turn your xbox on by holding power button on xbox on for 10 sec this should clear it up for the day at least, we really need a perma fix.

 

Using that same support page have you forwarded your ports?

 

Hi! Try forwarding your ports from your Home network. Here are the ports needed by your console:

•Port 88 (UDP)

•Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

•Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

•Port 80 (TCP)

•Port 500 (UDP)

•Port 3544 (UDP)

•Port 4500 (UDP)
