Network and update

After the new update that came out on July 6 my Xbox has been having a lot of networking problems, especially with NAT. I don't know how to fix it because everything I tried didn't work.

Network and Update - the dream

Short story - Xbox one needed an update and for some reason it didn't remember the wifi connection/password and I had to enter it 10 times because xbox services were slow and it gave a false DNS can't resolve Xbox Services error...

Now the questions:

Where is the development team located? (I have two 7-9 year old daughters that would like to earn some money during the summer vacation)

Is there any plan in the future to do things right?

Can the product manager in charge explain what is going on?

How can I refund my purchase(xbox one + kinect console)?

Network Update?

@Dwoop, I gotta disagree. I'm not talking about the section to refer a friend. There are 10 sections in the forums to choose from, and there are "actuall Xbox Staff" answering questions and giving information with problems/glitches
some people have experienced. Anyways, to make this short... even if your claim this was the most "used" area was true, from what I've seen, it's not used by the brightest. lol (That statement should bring out a few more trolls. lol) My main point was simply
I would try there before here, and I stick to that statement.

I got the console update for today also, it took about 5 minutes to install and restart the console...nothing in the forums about what it is for either. Probably a patch update for people having online issues...I couldn't get on a single game last night
for Plants vs Zombies but today its working like a charm...actually coming in at 55 mbs DL and 38 mbs UL connection.
