    Network and Update - the dream


    Short story - Xbox one needed an update and for some reason it didn't remember the wifi connection/password and I had to enter it 10 times because xbox services were slow and it gave a false DNS can't resolve Xbox Services error...

    Now the questions:

    1. Where is the development team located? (I have two 7-9 year old daughters that would like to earn some money during the summer vacation)
    2. Is there any plan in the future to do things right?
    3. Can the product manager in charge explain what is going on?
    4. How can I refund my purchase(xbox one + kinect console)?

    Network and update

    After the new update that came out on July 6 my Xbox has been having a lot of networking problems, especially with NAT. I don't know how to fix it because everything I tried didn't work.

    Another thing to check is that you are shutting games down correctly and that there is nothing updating in the background.
