    Hi guys!

    I have a problem for 2 days: When you go to the settings you'll see the space "Network", so there is "ipv4 & ipv6" and i got the Service Informations often... but sometimes there is only a "ipv4" and then i don't have any Service Information and no connectp
    on to Xbox Live, although i got a fast Internet WLAN. For example; I played Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands and After a While i didn't have a connectIon to the Ubisoft Servers ( often, when i only had ipv4) and then my account was logged out, AUTOMATIC!
    So the game had to start from the begin... it s really really destroying my nervs....I had once some months ago....

    Can you help me please?

    Media player app / Windows 10 PC

    I upgraded mine over the weekend and had to setup Media Sharing & Homegroup again and then the Xbox Media Player App displayed my Windows 10 Laptop.

    Think all that is under Settings, Network & Internet and then Homegroup & Network & Sharing Centre. Make sure you share everything to your network and without a password enable.

    DNS Error

    I told you, Xbox 360 -network (is ok) -network X internet ! And is a big red X between network and internet and keep saying DNS Error!

    Hi, i just tried this and im afraid it had no effect. I have also tried using manual dns settings with my routers values with no success.

    For the record, the error details are "ICMP error". It says my console is not recieving ICMP responses from my router. I have tried the steps recomended.

    Greetings LoKo STORMZ!

    Even if your router/NAT device has the ability to support multiple simultaneous connections, to and from any device on your network, it necessarily doesn't meen that your router/NAT device support multiple simultaneous connections, to multiple devices using
    the same network port(s). This is an essential part for UDP (User Datagram Protocol) over NAT traversal.

    Now, since you have multiple xboxes connecting to the same router/NAT device, Internet connection, both your console are trying to compete over the same port, used for connectivity to Xbox LIVE (port 3074). The only features that have the ability to support
    such a set up is UPnP (Universal Plug and Play). The implementation and the term "UPnP support" varies from different vendors, so, not all routers/NAT devices implement UPnP in a well-behaved manner.

    Make sure UPnP is enabled and do not forward network ports manually (Port Forwarding/Virtual Server) as well as the DMZ on your router.

    Hey Gelo, I hope you feel better soon! I'm also with virgin and I'm not having any problems. My connection is cable though, are you both on ADSL? I'm wondering if it could be a problem with virgin but confined to a specific area; Taidara's link corresponds
    with people in Cardiff.. Are you guys from near there? I'm from near reading.
