Network and Internet Connected, but NO Xbox live connection!

What to do, xbox live cant help - can anybody help?

I got fast connection, so my pc work, my xbox connect to network and internet, but not to xbox live

:)

 

my fist xb1 mass issue.

Don't all those things have to do with your network connection or Xbox Live and things like that?

Could just be an internet problem. Not saying it is, but how do things play that don't need a connection
or Live?

Hi and thanks, I got a router from the company that provides the internet in the building I live in. The router is from Allied Telesyn and is called: AT-RG613TX. I lived here 2,5 years and been on xboxlive without any problems during that time. I worked
fine up till Friday night, from this Saturday afternoon I havent been able to get to xbox live. When I am testing the connection I get:

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox Live: Failed

I downloaded a update for Xbox. It had already finished but when I went put in GTA5, I cut it off by mistake. When I turned it back on, it asked me to download it again but when I try to do it it says that I can't download the update and comes up with the
code 42FE-0000-3080-0300-D000-0185. I had restarted the internet and everything I could do but it is not working. Please Help

 

I have the same problem, I get the message as follows:

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox Live: Failed

Then it gives me a message that I am connected to the internet but am not able to join Xbox Live. I have it wired straight from the modem.

Any help is appreciated.

PS: I already tried cleaning the cache twice and still the same issue
