    I have an Xbox 360 I bought brand new about 1 year ago and over the last six months or so when I try to sign in to xbox live via my WiFi connection the console won't sign in then when prompted to check my internet connection it tells me to connect a wireless
    adapter. The only problem it has a built in adapter that is supposed to work. This doesn't happen all the time sometimes it work other times it doesn't. Before anyone jumps and says my internet connection I also have an Xbox one that connects just fine. I
    also have a very good router with good distance so it is the console. Does anyone have any hints or suggestions to help me out in this situation?

    I Just bought the black wireless n network adapter, but the trouble is that there was no driver cd in the box.

    How can i retrieve one, as I figure it might be crucial?

    Well what I'm getting at is... if you can connect up to the router and it works fine then your Xbox is fine, if it doesn't connect up direct to the router then you may have a genuine hardware fault on the Xbox. So it would be good to test that or.. at a

    Hi what make are the homeplugs and what error do you get when you run the Xbox live connection test? Have you tried just connecting one device to that homeplug as a test (i.e turn off the Youview box and just run the Xbox instead using the same port)

    Hi there! We don't really recommend broadband connections for LIVE, as they generally are not fast and reliable enough for LIVE (and also because LIVE can eat up your monthly bandwith pretty quickly), but we're willing to give it a try! What exactly do
    you see when you try the connection test? Also, what's up with that wifi you mentioned? Is that an option for you at all?

    Go to test connection under network settings on your console, if it can't connect it gives you troubleshooting guide on how to hopefully solve the problem. Is there a user guide for your talk talk adapters ?

    Hi their Mr Hollway I can understand the frustration you are having as i would feel the same the best thing to do is if possible as it sounds like the wireless adapter has failed now unfortunately so if you can run a Ethernet cable from your router/modem
    into the xbox if you don't have a cable if its any help i brought one off ebay a 50M for £6.00 and they are call RJ45 cable hope this helps you and good luck
