    Network Access


    I recently changed the email affiliated with my microsoft account and needed to update my security info. Upon doing so I was sent to a page that said that I have to wait until May 4th (1 month from now) while the my security info is updated. To make things
    worse I got on my Xbox and realised that all of my online features were not working, including my minecraft realm that got deleted causing me to lose all of my progress. Some games told me that I cannot access online features because of the way that my microsoft
    account is set up, but I cant change those settings until my security info it updated. I would like to know if there is any way to speed up this process, as we are all stuck inside due to the current pandemic and I would rather bot be locked out of all of
    my games while this is going on. Thank you for your time and I hope there is a solution.

    It seems as though your issues may be localized now that Activision has rectified the issue.

    You may need to reset your router.

    Hi there, iam sorry to hear that did you check you internet setting from you router if it blocking some stuff or certain games?
