Network 10 App - not downloading

Discus and support Network 10 App - not downloading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a similar issue with the Network Ten App. However when I try to play a file, all I get is the audio track (sound) but no vision.     Network 10 App - not downloading


    I have a similar issue with the Network Ten App. However when I try to play a file, all I get is the audio track (sound) but no vision. The problem only appears to be with the "Commonwealth Games" section of app. I am able to watch other random programs
    in the Network Ten App that I have tried to watch in the fault finding process. Please help.

    Thanks for the information! That definitely helps clarify things.

    Let's start by having you delete your Marketplace cache.

    To delete the Marketplace System Data file, follow these steps:

    1. Clear the System Cache. To clear the System Cache, follow these steps:
      1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select settings, and then select System Settings.
      2. Select Storage or Memory.

    1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
    2. Select Clear System Cache.

    1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
    1. Delete the Marketplace System Data file. To delete the Marketplace System Data file, follow these steps:
      1. Select settings, and then select System.
      2. Select Storage or Memory, and then select your primary storage device.
      3. Select System Items.
      4. Select Marketplace System Data.
      5. Select Delete.
    2. Restart your Xbox 360 console.
    3. Sign in to Xbox LIVE, and then try to buy the item again.

    Search "network ten" with bing and download it that way.Make sure you spell it as "ten" and not "10" or else bing won't find it.That solution has worked for me and many others.
