netlflix and dvd voices

when ever i play a movie on netflix or a dvd the main voice for the characters do actually make noise i dont know what settings i changed cause i didnt change any but my son did grab my new xbox remote this morning hit like a million buttons and some time
after that is when i noticed that this was happening. now whats weird is that its not a mute because i can hear the back ground noises still in the shows so idk what happened.

Eject DVD

Hello,

I am assuming at this point and time there is no way to eject a cd/dvd via a voice command on my Xbox One? I have looked almost everyone and haven't seen a command to eject a cd or DVD via a voice command. Please let me know if I am wrong... if so what
is the voice command to eject a cd or dvd.

Head into the console settings (the burger / three lines) button on the controller and head to the audio settings, chances are its somehow set to 5.1/7.1 or something similar and your setup doesn't support it, as a result you're losing some of the audio
channels.

Some people are experiencing this issue. Make sure your audio settings are not set up for what your speakers don't support. A guy on here said he is set up for 5.1 and his settings changed to 7.1 audio automatically.

It's a known issue, especially on the One X, that's being worked on. For some people it's also happening on Netlflix.
