Bonjour l'application Netflix ne veut pas jouer sur ma console Xbox S. A chaque fois que je joue l'application il me dise de contacter le support xbox.

J'ai essayé d'enlever l'application et de la remettre sans aucun résultat pouvez-vous m'aidé s.v.p merci.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. What else does the error message say besides contact support? You can also try to

remove then re-add your profile to the Xbox.

Netlfix for sure, also make sure to get all the free cashback available. I made about £50 off the Netlfix sub by referring friends and then them joining netlfix too!
