    Netgear (Routers): Signed out
    every single time I try and sign in I do, but then 20 seconds later it signs me out telling me to sign in with my controller and I do and it repeats. I can't play any online game either. What's happening?

    I can not sign in to xbox live with this.

    I can sign in when i plug the cable from LAN port to the xbox, but when i try to plug in from the netgear modem, it doesnt work Netgear: Signed out :(

    Despite having an Open NAT as per Test Xbox LIVE Connection, you still could have ports blocked. As a diagnostic test, could you bypass the router? Turn off the Xbox, then disconnect the power cords at the back of the Netgear and Motorola (make sure to
    put the cable underneath the box so you don't lose track of it). Then, unplug the Ethernet cable at the back of the Motorola. Also unplug the ethernet cable from the Xbox at the back of the Netgear, and plug that into the back of the Motorola. Plug the Motorola
    power cord back in, and wait until the ONLINE lamp on the front of the modem is steady, not blinking but steady, before turning the Xbox back on, then sign on and play for a while to see if you are kickec out again.

    Could you make sure your NETGEAR CVG 834 G is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware. Visit Netgear website and make sure you have the very latest version of firmware.

    If you sign in to Xbox LIVE and play a single player game with your profile, can you stay connected to Xbox LIVE without any connectivity issues?

    Agree, WTR54G linksys is junk. Works, but still junk. my exprience is it needs rebooted every couple of days because it just decides to 'space out' the WiFi connection.

    Have three netgear routers that never need rebooted.
