    Sorry to hear it. If your ISP is constantly changing your IP address then you'll need to contact them for more help or to provide a static IP for your console. Otherwise, try a power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till
    it shuts down or a factory reset on the console. If you choose to do a factory reset there is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.
