    How To Find Wireless Passphrase (WPA/WEP)

    1. Login to router by entering http://routerlogin.net in to the address bar or by entering the default gateway IP address.
    2. The router will then prompt you to enter the user name and password. the default user name and password are: "admin", "password".
    3. From the menu on the left under the Setup section choose Wireless Settings.
    4. The wireless passphrase can be found near the bottom of the page.

    Under Wireless Settings on your router: Could you change the wireless channel to 11 (if this is currently set to auto). Under
    Security Options: Select WPA2-PSK[AES] and setup a passphrase (8-63 characters) for your wireless network. On that same page you'll find
    802.11 mode: Could you tell us it's current setting. Remember to apply and reboot your Netgear.

    Did you make sure UPnP was ticked enabled?
