    Netgear (Modems/Gateways) Netgear DGN3500: Change Wireless Mode
    Login Information

    • Gateway - 192.168.0.1
    • Username - admin
    • Password - password
    Change Wireless Mode

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open web browser.
    3. Login to router by entering http://routerlogin.net in to the address bar or by entering the default gateway IP address.
    4. The router will then prompt you to enter the user name and password the default user name and password are: "admin", "password".
    5. Select Wireless settings from the left hand menu under Setup.
    6. Select from the mode drop down "Up to 54Mbps".
    7. Click Apply.

    Change Wireless Channel

    6. From the drop down menu labeled Channel select the desired channel. (Channels 1,3,9,11).
    7. Click Apply.
