    Netgear Netgear CG814WG v2: Error 0x90070490

    Hey there Ivy!

When you saw the error comes up when trying to use the "internet" are you attempting to open Microsoft Edge to use your browser or is this when trying to do anything online as far as gaming or streaming?

I would recommend going to your Network Settings and "Testing Network Connection" Once you have tested network connection, If you see a
specific error message you are going to select "No: I got an error message" and then go from there.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello IvyCreech,

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is this console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program? We recommend performing a power cycle on your console and network hardware. We will provide steps on how to complete this process. Be sure to let us know the results!

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for five minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Select Restart console.
    5. Select Yes to confirm.

Note If you’re unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
Xbox button on the console again to restart.
    6. After five minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
    7. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
