    Netgear (Modems/Gateways) Netgear CG3100D: DMZ

    Login Information:

    • Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1
    • Username – admin
    • Password – password

    DMZ

    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Enter the username “admin” and the password “password”.
    3. Select DMZ Host from under the Advanced section on the left side.
    4. Check the Default DMZ Server box and enter the IP Address of your Xbox console.
    5. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
    Disable DMZ

    1. Login to the router by entering 192.168.0.1 in to the address bar.
    2. Enter the username “admin” and the password “password”.
    3. Select DMZ Host from under the Advanced section on the left side.
    4. Uncheck the Default DMZ Server box.
    5. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.

    That is actually false. I have 4 consoles on the Gateway with an open Nat to each one. None are to the DMZ and none are port forwarded.
