We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT.

 

Did this end up being fixed?? I have the exact same modem and same problem!!

 

you sound like you may have a
double NAT issue.

I can't help much sorry as I have my own dramas I can't solve, being a netgear 6110 extender not allowing multiplayer connections, yet a direct connection to the router's wireless can...
