    Users may experience continuous NAT errors with Hardware Revision 1 with the newest Netgear Genie firmware. Downgrading to a previous smart wizard version of the firmware is suggested. However, Hardware Revision 2,3 and 4 work fine with the latest firmware.

    I cant play any of my games on multyplayer, disconected from live

    Could you make sure your NETGEAR CVG 834 G is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware. Visit Netgear website and make sure you have the very latest version of firmware.

    If you sign in to Xbox LIVE and play a single player game with your profile, can you stay connected to Xbox LIVE without any connectivity issues?

    Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your modem as well. This will tell us if your modem is a bog standard modem or with router/NAT built-in.

    The latest Netgear Genie firmware has been known to cause NAT issues with the Xbox 360. If your router is up-to-date with the latest Netgear Genie firmware, downgrade to a previous smart wizard version of the firmware.
