Netgear D7000v2 24/7 Strict Nat

I have never had an open nat. I've tried numerous thungs .UPNP, Port Forwarding, Static IP, Port Triggering, Updating router and the list extends

99% of the time it says UPNP failed .Other times it says about teredo failed (Regardless of IPv6 being disabled or enabled) and very rarely will say double nat (only with IPV6)

This is a massive issue tor me .help?

The fix was very simple but out of my control. My ISP needed to add my xbox static ip to their 'listings'. Hopefully this helps others

Since the Netgear D7000 doesn't have a built in broadband modem, you probably got a modem from your Internet provider.

Can you tell us the make and model of your cable or DSL modem that you got from your Internet Provider? Or are you connecting through Glass Fibre?

What Internet Provider are you using? Do you know if that Provider gives you a public IPv4 address, or does the Provider use tunneling techniques like CG-NAT and DS-Lite?

Try disconnecting and turning off the modem whil you perform a hard reset

be better equipped tool wise to get this issue ironed out.
