Netflix XBOX ONE problem

So I am now already on my 3rd Xbox One system due to disc read error to say first. Now only a couple weeks in my Netflix app stopped working on my Xbox One I try it on my brothers xbox and app works fine I try it on my friends and it still works fine. I
uninstalled and reinstalled and no dice any ideas for this POS system? Seriously getting fed up with the slew of STUPID problems and I don't even post on forums but I give up and now I complain,

I've not had a problem with Netflix at all. To the point I ditched all other methods of accessing it in favour of using the XBox One.

 

colors are washed out in netflix

I have a Vizio M55-DO 4k TV. And a Xbox one s. Im doing a pass through. Every thing looks good cable looks good amazon looks good but Netflix is faded, Reds look orange. everything is dull. I uninstalled Netflix and the problem is still there. does any one
have the same problem with Netflix. the problem is only in Netflix

 

I can go into the app and once I get to the screen to select which profile to load it doesn't go any further.

 

Finally, someone else who has this problem. I get to the profile select screen and when i try to choose one it makes the select noise and then doesnt do anything else. I've been looking for something about this problem on the internet for almost a werk and
this is the first thing i've been able to find about it. Let me know if you find out how to fix the problem.

 

Just had this happen to me today as well. Same thing happens when i load any other app or even a game from disc. It loads up and then freezes on loading/start-up screen

 

I was having the same issue until i did i hard reboot of the system. Sucks that you even have do it to begin with
