Netflix won’t work

As soon as I open my Netflix it signs me out and freezes on the black screen with red lettered Netflix. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it, tried signing out and opening it also. Always the same results. It was working perfectly fine yesterday,
could use some assistance please

Gamerscore won’t work

my Xbox got hacked a while back and my gamerscore got modded which resulted me in a ban so I was wondering if I could get it sorted

 

Promotion won’t work

Well the lady told me to give it you, it says click on link on email and when I do it says I need to pay when the email says i have 1 month free waiting

Have you tried removing your profile from the Xbox One console and re downloading it back onto the console again?

If not, please:

1. Open Settings,
2. Go to Accounts,
3. Add or remove Accounts,
4. Select your Gamertag,
5. and select remove

Then, press and hold your power button on the console until the Xbox One shuts down completely. Then turn it back on, and sign into your Account by going to sign in > Add New.

Try to open the app with another profile If It opens there is a problem with your profile, so try to delete your profile from your console and see If Works, If It does not try to delete the data of your profile from the Xbox selecting the option that will
delete your data about the game in everywhere

 

Delete your profile from your console and add It again

 

One possible solution is to go into the GAMES MANAGEMENT settings, by clicking on the Netflix tile.

Check that there is not saved data, remove this if it exists and try that.

 

Remove your account from the console and add It once more
