Netflix won't work after streaming.

Well last night I skipped switching to direct to Tv and just which the output to my stream monitor to the other TV it works...lol. So for some reason leaving it hooked up to the elgato fixes the problem which makes no sence but I don't care. I am going to
just stick to that. Thanks for trying guys.

Yes to all three -

Since you say your console is in the Insider Preview Program, it might be that a recent update caused that behavior.

Please be sure to report that through the feedback/report a problem function of your Insider console.

Right after you started Netflix, hold the Xbox button on the console to bring up the shutdown menu. If necessary use the PC with the remote streaming, if you can't see anything on your TV. Or restart the console and then file feedback.

Be sure to include as much detail as possible, so the engineers can reproduce your steps: Tell them exactly how and in what order you switched HDMI cables from your streaming setup to the TV and how and when you restarted the console etc.

Also provide the error code you mentioned earlier that you saw on your PC when you remotely controlled your console due to the blue screen on TV.

If you have a second (non-Insider) console, try if the console does the same when you switch from your streaming setup to the TV with Netflix.

And it's still doing the same error if the Mixer/streaming app is completely shut down and you've Exited out of it, and you remove the capture device, and then what if you do a hard reset on the console after all of that? It seems like if you do that and
do a hard reset, and then turn it back on, the Netflix app should load. 🤔😟

I wonder if it's detecting the capture card and is fully cutting off due to that. How about after streaming removing from capture device and back to the back of the tv?. This is screaming at me a lock due to detecting a capture device for some reason.

As previously stated it is working in reverse. It works with the "PC" stream setup but not when only attached to TV. So therefore mixer on xbox has nothing to do with as I stream via PC.
