Netflix won't update or install

I own 5 Xbox ones. 1 original, 3 S's and a new Series X. On all 5, I keep seeing Installation Stopped a minute or so after I turn the console on. When I hold the X, it shows me that Netflix is trying to update, but the installation keeps stopping. It's always at 0%. I tried uninstalling Netflix from my Series X. After unsinstalling, I can't reinstall it. It also sits at 0% and keeps saying Installation stopped. I tried clearing the cache by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, then unplugging the Xbox for a full minute. That did not work. So I then reset the Xbox, and still no luck. Since this is happening across 5 separate devices at once, I don't think it's an issue with my consoles, but I'm certainly open to suggestions. Just as an aside, for the 4 consoles where it won't update but I did not uninstall it, I am able to open and use Netflix. Also, I'm able to update and install other apps. It only seems to be an issue with the Netflix app. Any thoughts anyone?

Thank you L4c3rd4 for the suggestion. I manage my own network devices so was able to make all the changes you suggested, but no luck. Wouldn't all of those issues effect my overall connection to the Microsoft Store and not just effect the installation of one app? Just curious. At any rate, I'm still not able to install Netflix after attempting what you suggested. Thank you though!

You're welcome mate, but, this is happening just with the Netflix app alone? To any other app and game, does this issue never happened at all?

So, I thought I'd give this a few days, but it's still ongoing. And oddly, I know get error 0x80070005, which when I search for that is a Windows Store error. SO really at a loss as to what to do here. I can no longer use Netflix on any of my Xbox's.

That's odd. Probably some momentary instability occurring with the app alone, since it's happening throughout your 5 consoles as well, we can be sure it's the app. But, how long had you been having this issue?

When this particular issue happens (happened to me with some games already) usually is just a momentary issue in the app within the store. Is just a matter of waiting a few days and trying again afterwards.

That is correct. It is solely the Netflix app. I was able to update 3 other apps and install a new game today all with no issues. And this is on all of my consoles. Only Netflix won't update for all of them.
