    Netflix will not load.


    Hi everyone, as it states it will not load, i launch the app and the tv screen flashes purple then its just black. it also freezes the xbox and i have to get up and shut it off due to the fact that the controller is unresponsive. i have tried clearing the
    cache before using netflix and it will load but only 10% of the time. i have deleted the app and reinstalled, i have formatted the hard drive and then reinstalled with no luck. (i have the HD on the xbox which is 4gb or whatever it is and then i have the
    bigger add on one) i have tried loading it on both. i contacted netflix and they didn't help at all the pretty much passed the buck to xbox saying that there is an issue with the cable (im using HDMI) but i explained all other apps ( Hulu Slacker ESPN ) and
    games work fine so why would netflix be different? they said something about screen resolution which i changed and still didn't work. this is extremely frustrating. any help would be great guys. Thanks in advanced.

    Netflix will not load

    For the last day netflix will not load, I decided to try and uninstall the application and reinstall and now I'm getting an error 0x80073cf6 which it says to go to the xbox.com/errorhelp. this error isn't even found there.

    What's up with nextlix app.

    Xbox One NETFLIX issues.

    the only problems i've had with Netflix is that from time to time, after selecting which Netflix profile to use, it doesn't load the movies, it just says Netflix across the top and shows the loading icon but doesn't go away until i quit Netflix and go back
    into it.

    Having trouble with Netflix too. At first it opened Netflix but loaded no content. I followed Microsoft directions and deleted netlix from my xbox and then loaded it up again. Now it just freezes on the Netflix screen when it tried to start up. this sucks.

    Got the same dawn issue!! Been a month now fighting with Microsoft. Bought a new one bought a transfer cable and transfered all data and wiped it clean now no apps are working , gta 5 online not working and bing search won't work probably lands in apps..
    very angry been with xbox for like 6 year bought a gigantic worth of content reason why I bought thisone cause I was 320gb so I would have room and then xbox made me format my hard rive to try to fix this so now 6 yearsof ggaming down the drain as well NEVER
    FIXED IT! Then ask me to pay 200$ to send it in to fix... FOR NETFLIX AND GTA ONLINE? very disappointed and probably selling it to move to ps4
