    Netflix will not load even when connection to Xbox Live is fine


    I have deleted Netflix, power cycled my Xbox One and unplugged all the wires, waited and plugged them back in and then reinstalled Netflix as suggested by the user Miss Diggz of Xbox Support, but after turning the Xbox back on and trying to load a new video
    I still get an error.

    This time it says:

    Netflix has encountered an error. If the application does not work properly, you may need to restart it.

    5025-1090 . 0

    If this is a server problem I understand Xbox will work hard to fix the issue, but is there any other way to fix this problem?

    Xbox LIVE connects then drops

    When I turn on my Xbox, it auto signs into my Profile. My Xbox LIVE profile is then working. When i test connection, it signs me out of the profile and passes LIVE connection. When i try to log back into profile, it says there is a LIVE problem, and i
    can't connect to LIVE.

    If I go straight from fresh boot, then into Gears of War or even Netflix, it disconnects me as soon as the title starts to load. Then i'm unable to log into Xbox LIVE.

    I was able to play perfectly fine all last week, and especially last night.

    Please Help.

    xbox live connection

    i was playing diablo 3 ros on system link so i can play alone but when i wanted to play with some friends i couldnt even connect to live. when i go home i am online and when i load d3 ros or other games it disconnects me from live. i tested the connections
    and they are fine , i can even use netflix. it seems i cant play games online. is that happening to anyone else?

    I get that same error message usually after I've watched 1 episode of anything on my list, gotten the 5012-1090.0 error, and tried all the steps you listed. All other videos will work fine but give the same error when the next episode starts I can even stream
    it on my PC or my laptop without having this issue. Most recently trying to watch the 1st episode of Full Metal Alchemist, it stopped loading at 33% activity on the modem stops, then after a minute or so quit to Home. Tried it again stopped at 24%, no activity
    on the modem, etc. Same video plays on everything else using the same router with no problems. Obviously it's the Xbox One app or Xbox itself?

    Backwards Compatibility Cannot Login to Xbox Live

    The problem with this troubleshooting guide is that my connection on the Xbox One is perfectly fine. My NAT Type is open, and all services are available. It's only when I load a backward compatible game and the 360 menu pops up is when I can't connect
    to Live or even download another profile.

    Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Plus are all not working... everything loads fine, and then black screen, and my console is frozen. Had this problem for the last few days with Netflix, and occasionally with Hulu Plus, now it just sucks. Did I mention that it SUCKS?


    Of course, when I tried checking my network connection I got a yellow notice that "matchmaking" had some issue. WTF? And, said, go to Xbox live, for a service announcement, that I, of course, cannot locate.

    Netflix freezing on Xbox One

    Tried this last night, and no luck. Same issue with the lag / freezing. When Netflix is loading, it slows the Xbox down so much I have to force reboot by holding the power button on the console - using the xbox button on the controller doesn't even work.
    I know it's not my internet connection, as I can stream through Amazon Prime just fine, and everything else works too.
