    Netflix will not load any episodes


    On our Xbox One, we cannot watch anything from Netflix. The main menu will load, but as soon as we try to watch an episode of anything, it will hang at 25% for about a minute, then jump to 99%, and about 20 seconds later, we get ""Title Not Available for
    Playback."



    I have spent the last two days with Xbox twitter support, and we tried everything.

    • Turning console off/on
    • Uninstall app, then re-install
    • soft reboot
    • hard reboot (power cycle off then on)
    • I took a picture of my network status screen, and they said it looked fine.
    • Remove a profile, reboot, re-enable the profile
    • Create a new profile
    • System reset with game/data saved. That was scary because we weren't certain if all games saves were really in the cloud.
    It still doesn't work.

    Netflix still gives us the 25/99 error. Checking back over our usage logs, the last time we could watch something on the Xbox was 23 January. Desktop, ipad, ipod, WiiU, and the PS3 will all work properly. It's just the Xbox One. For what it is worth, I live
    in Canada.

    Netflix Voice Command for Next Episode

    A bug: If the option to automatically play the next episode of a series is unselected in Netflix options (on the website), the app will not automatically play the next episode of a series after an episode ends (as desired). However, trying to play the next
    episode by voice command results in being unable to play any episode until the app is restarted.

    Netflix lagging

    Since the update, Netflix is lagging for me seriously. It's taken 45 minutes to watch an episode of Parks and Recreation (20 minute show). Constantly stops and loads. Anyone else having the same problem?

    NetFlix Update Issues

    The update took place on 8/12/2016. I also have an Xbox One and it does not have this problem. I went back today uninstalled ALL references to Netflix and deleted the System Cache, shut the unit down and rebooted and re-installed Netflix and no change. Auto
    Play is turned off in my profile. When an episode reaches the end, there is a window in the upper left corner that plays the credits. In the main window, the next episode is displayed.

    If I click to advance to the next episode the system locks up at 1% loading the next episode at which time I can eject the dvd tray which kicks me out of Netflix then I can sign in again and go to the next episode or I can wait for all credits to finish
    and then click the next episode displayed in the main window or I can click back then select episodes and then select the next episode. If Auto Play is left on, the system locks up at 1% on the next episode. Both units I am working with were updated on the
    same date on 8/12/2016. I have not gone back to the 3rd unit again. If i can't get it on two units, most likely it won't work on the 3rd unit. LOL...

    By the way, thank you for all that you are doing.

    I really think this is going to take a new update from Netflix to resolve this especially since it is a known issue to them.

    Hello,

    I recently (within the past week) started having this exact problem with my xbox 360. Most (not all) of the time, the xbox freezes up when loading the second episode when Netflix is on auto-play. The freeze always happens at 1% loaded.

    Hopefully this is being resolved.

    My Xbox was working fine up until a required Netflix update two days ago. Ever since then, every time an episode ends and auto switches to the next one the entire xbox freezes on the loading screen of the episode. None of the buttons will do anyting on the
    controller, and I have to keep turning the console on and off to be able to keep watching Netflix. Anyone had this problem/know a fix? I've tried deleting all netflix files and uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling and it did nothing.

    I'm having the same problem. Usually in the middle of a show on netflix. Also, loading issues. Ever since the latest "update" things have been pretty crummy on the 360. I'll be in the middle of an episode and get random pauses in videos that have to load
    again, or get logged out of Xbox Live gold entirely.

    I have this issue as well! It started out with only every other episode but now everything crashes, a comeplete system shutdown when auto play tries to load the next episode. I contacted Netflix in Sweden, where I live, and they claimed the problem had already
    been solved. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing helps.. At least I'm not alone in this.
