Netflix video keeps not really buffering but it's like the movie shudders along and will ...

I have gold and for the past 5 days I have been having issues watching videos on my netflix account. A video starts and plays for like a minute and then the video beings to shudder forward with both video and sound then it speeds up really quick and then
plays for another couple seconds and then does the exact same thing. I can play netflix on my Apple TV, iPad and computer perfectly over my wifi. I also play games on 360 perfectly. Please help me resolve this issue. if need be I can provide video of what
is happening.

NETFLIX OUT NOW IN NEW ZEALAND (AND AUSTRALIA?) XD

I also like how Netflix has great servers. I live in a house which has only ADSL Broadband speeds and been using the app since it came out. There has been ZERO buffering, ok when you start watching each movie/program there is like a 0,3,15,30,90% for 3 seconds
and then no buffering even after 1 hour HD solid play. Now if I try Youtube, I do get occasional buffering which is like worse than what Netflix does.

 

Can't Play Xbox Video Rental

I just rented Life of Pi (HD Version) on Xbox video and the movie can't play correctly. It continues to buffer every 10 seconds until I get an error that says "Your Xbox connection was lost or has timed out." It seems to be an issue only when I play that
movie. I also rented "Oz the Great and Powerful" and it works just fine along with any other video app (Netflix, etc.). It's also not an issue with my connection or router because my connection has a down speed of 65mbps and a ping of 2ms. I have tried the
countless troubleshooting tasks mentioned elsewhere including reseting router and xbox, clearing cache and profiles, connecting straight to router. Can the movie be fixed or can we be issued a credit or expiration extension so we can watch the movie later?
