NetFlix Update Issues

Having the same issue on my 360

 

My Xbox 360 does this as well. It started after the update just like everyone else.. Thought I was alone on this lol

 

Just wanted to say that i am having the exact same issue. clearing the xbox data cache and redownloading the app did not resolve. is there any update?

 

I have messaged Misses Quinzel in hope Microsoft can tell us a little more about this issue. It seems Netflix could not care less about their customers. Maybe it is time everyone started flooding Netflix chat with complaints. Feel free to copy my original
message above and flood Netflix Support Chat. Let them know we are unhappy about this bug.

 

I contacted Netflix Again for the third time here is the last response "Thanks a lot for your patience, I really appreciate all the information you gave to me, since is a very valuable information to fix this issue, now we have more tools to fix it once
for all, I can assure you we're actively working on it. And as you said to me the only two option to fix it, for now are the two you mentioned."

 

I am also having this same problem. It's been happening for a while now.

 

At this point, I suggest everyone contact Netflix through your account home in the chat section. They will want you to go through all the steps, which is very annoying. But by doing so, it will help bring the issue to a higher priority. I think they should
reduce my subscription price until they get the bug fixed.

 

I have this issue as well! It started out with only every other episode but now everything crashes, a comeplete system shutdown when auto play tries to load the next episode. I contacted Netflix in Sweden, where I live, and they claimed the problem had already
been solved. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing helps.. At least I'm not alone in this.

 

I have had this issue for a long time and nothing I do fixes it (I've tried what others have done). I too have not gotten any help from Netflix (check your connection they say...).

 

Having the same problem after recent update a couple days ago, on 360. Netflix was working fine until then. I do not like having my xbox freeze after almost every episode of a show. This is the first 360 I bought, and have never needed to replace it, I do
not want to have my xbox RROD on me now because of an app that was working fine before the update.

I know this isn't Microsofts fault, it's Netflix. I suggest they do a roll back of a previous build, because if this keeps up much longer I'll probably switch to Hulu.

 

I'm also having this problem. I've tried everything from redownloading the app to turning off auto play and it's not working. I'm considering cancelling my netflix because of this. First they up the price and now there's bugs so I can't watch anything.

 

I am having the same issue!! I just updated my xbox 360 a few weeks ago, (just moved back to the city, poor Internet signal out in the country so never used my xbox) I find it very frustrating to freeze after every dang episode, so I have to shut off and
turn my xbox back on just to watch my shows. I hope an update with the bug fixed comes soon!
