NetFlix Update Issues

Hi, I have posted on the Reddit Xbox 360 community and the Netflix Community. In my posts, I gave a link to this thread. Hopefully those people will post here.

 

I am Having this problem also except on mine the system freezes anytime I click on certain shows. netflix or xbox needs to fix this issue and soon.

 

Misses Quinzel, any updates on your end on this?

I recently (within the past week) started having this exact problem with my xbox 360. Most (not all) of the time, the xbox freezes up when loading the second episode when Netflix is on auto-play. The freeze always happens at 1% loaded.

I have had this problem since the early August 2016 update as well. Watching Crossing Jordan and The Resurrection episodes and it freezes at 1%. I am just now searching and finding these forum comments so I have not tried any of the tips as of this writing.
But it doesn't sound like there's been a solution anyway. :/

 

I am having the exact same issue that started at the same time. Come on Netflix this is ridiculous. I'm thinking price break. What I do is hit back before it auto plays and back again to the main list then enter the series again and hit next episode. It
has never locked up this way but defeats the purpose of auto play.

 

I am also currently having this issue. It doesn't happen after every episode. Pretty random actually, but it freezes at 0% for me on my 360.

 

I've had this issue consistently for the past two or three weeks. It gets to 0% sometimes, while other times it will load to 3-5%. Tried all the troubleshooting mentioned above, too.

 

I've been having the same issue for about a month now freezes on autoplay with the next up video loading stuck at 0%.

 

Same exact issue here, for months now. Freezes whole console at 1% when auto play changes episodes, and freezes console at 0% when selecting next episode! Pleaaaase Netflix, fix this!!

I am also having this issue - we have been having trouble with it for a long time actually. I can manually switch between episodes or movies but if autoplay is on I need to power down my entire system. SO FRUSTRATING.

 

I have also been having this issue... Its very frustrating... Please fix ASAP!

 

I am also having this same issue. Auto play of next episode gets stuck at 1% and requires a system restart.

 

I have been having this same problem for months. I would love for this problem to be fixed soon.
