Netflix taking too long to load

For some reason Netflix is taking too long to load. I've tried everything uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting the xbox and when ever I press the xbox button on my controller while netflix is loading my xbox freezes.

What should I do?

try taking the game back to the shop or try installing the game offline that might go a bit quicker

Game taking too long to load

Hey, I have recently installed CoD ghosts, every time i try to launch it, it sits on the loading screen for about a minute and then im returned to the dashboard and i receive an error message saying that the game took too long to load. I have tried uninstalling
it, rebooting the console and reinstalling it but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're on Wi-Fi, try using a wired connection to see if that improves the Netflix experience. If not, since you've already tried reinstalling the app, you'll want to reach out to
Netflix for further support. They'll have a better understanding of their app and any issue occurring with it right now.

Same problem here. In addition, when I try to play games already installed, I get some error code apologizing that it's taking too long to load and then doesn't load them. The only thing my Xbox can do is play Netflix.

The screen was frozen we couldn't do anything, in the end the computer gave us an error code so had to email Microsoft and someone rang me back and we did a system restart, now everything is working as it should be, but thank you for your reply and trying to help.

Hello Boiantho,

Our suggestion for the issue being experienced, attempt all variants of
Restarting the Console.

If the restart is not assisting with clearing this error, attempt a Soft Factory Reset while keeping games and
apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files

Note: This step will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.
