    Netflix sound in show does not work


    So a month ago had issue with Netflix going into standby while playing, got answer here to change power settings worked good,

    Now today, Netflix plays music and voices in previews and in background, but when you go in to watch a show, no sound, have restarted xbox, uninstalled Netflix no change

    any help

    Netflix App on Xbox One S does not offer Ultra HD option

    I have the same problem, but I connected the Xbox directly to the TV. All boxes, except HDR are checked, but netflix does not show UHD. On the TV App it works flawlessly.

    Hey ExRev, glad to hear Netflix looks to be in the clear with the exception of that show. If only that show is disconnecting, it sounds like a contact issue that would need to be addressed with Netflix.

    I'm an insider , I have Dolby atmos. And for .games with atmos I have no problem . Netflix only certain shows and movies for me work with atmos, so I would say Netflix problem.

    I had to set my xbox directly into the hdmi in on the sound system. 🤔

    Hey ExRev - thanks for the post. We are not seeing anything out of the ordinary here regarding the Netflix service, and the problem you're describing sounds very much like it would be solved be deleting/clearing cache/reinstalling the Netflix app. Please

    Do you want to yell at Kinect?

    Kinect does not play nicely with Netflix for me. The lines in movies/shows constantly cause the video to stop, pause, or rewind. This is either with surround sound or just the TV speakers, even at a quiet level. Calibrating does not fix the issue.

    A few times it has even searched and added videos to my queue.
