Netflix sign-in issues

I am having the same issue and still no luck after trying everything on this thread, rebooting, re-downloading the app, nothing seems to work. Tried calling Microsoft and they just suggested calling Netflix, so hopefully Netflix will find the issue.

 

To fix this issue perform a hard reset (Hold down the power button until the system shuts off) and then turn it back on. To be safe you can unplug the system from the power supply for a few seconds. After that Netflix should be working fine (I didn't even
have to put in my login info again it logged me in automatically)

 

I fixed it by going to manage app, deleting the profile data, uninstalling the app, doing a hard reset and then reinstalling, it signed in automatically after that and I've had no problems since

 

I can confirm Gavin's method. Took me straight to the queue when I loaded the app after hard reseting.

This will work, at least it did to me:

1) Go to 'My apps and games'.

2) Go to the options for Netflix and select 'Manage app'.

3) Delete everything such as profile data

4) Click on unistall all or simply delete the app.

5) Turn off your console using the controller (hold down the Xbox button and choose 'turn off').

6) Disconnect your Xbox One and your main networking device (Router / Modem) from an power outlet for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes power everything back up and install the Netflix app again.

The app will automatically sign in if you have used the Netflix before, if not. Fill in your personal details and log-in.

I've been having the same issue for a few days now. Here is everything I've tried.

I've deleted my gamertag and put it back on. Two gamertags mine and my wife. cleared persistant data Deleted the app and reinstalled Set up two factor authentication Reset my netflix password Cleared all devices from my netflix account reset my netflix password
I have two xbox one's and the issue is on both consoles. We have two gamertags and it doesnt work on either tag. It is working on all of my other devices. Two 360's, PS3, PS4, my smart TV, ipad app, iphone app, and laptop. It is only on the xbox one

 

I just did what Stussy U said to do minus powering my router/modem down and it worked

Remove app data, uninstall, unplug for five min power back up. Reinstall and it worked.

 

Same exact issue here after changing my password on the Netflix site.

 

I followed Stussy U's directions and it did not work for me. Again, minus the router part. Uninstalled user data for NetFlix, uninstalled Netflix, complete power down of xb1, unplugged power cable from xb1 for over 5 mins, reinstalled NetFlix, had to enter
my info and bam, no worky.

 

I came home tonight and suddenly Netflix started working again. Only other thing I did last night was call Netflix and describe the problem and what I tried. They said there's nothing they can do but that they are working on it (the problem in general,
not my specific account).

 

this *** me off that ive had this problem several times
