Netflix sign-in issues

Okay, so for the past few days I have been having trouble with signing in to Netflix from my Xbox One. I was able to use it just fine for several months and then out of the blue the other day it prompted me to sign in to Netflix and then would not accept
my sign in information. It displayed the following message:

Please try again. The sign in information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are. 5011-1120 . X7133-1957-202014

I verified I was using the correct email and password, and was able to successfully sign in on my computer, tablet, and phone with no issues. I tried restarting the console, I tried deleting the Netflix app and re-installing it, I tried removing my Xbox
account from the console and re-downloading it. Nothing worked. I contacted Netflix and they had me sign out and in of my Xbox account a few times and told me there must be an issue going on with the app and that was it. I waited another day or so, but still
it kept giving me the same error message. So I contacted Netflix again and they repeated the process of having me sign out and in a few times before telling me it must be a problem with the app and to try to wait it out. Well, I got curious, and tried signing
in to a different Xbox account that we seldom use, and lo and behold, Netflix allows me to log in on the first try like nothing. Now at least I am able to use Netflix on my Xbox, but I am flabbergasted as to why it is only not working for my one Xbox account,
which is even a Gold account while the other is not, and really just want to be able to access it from the account I use most often and has all of my other apps. I tried searching around the Internet, but wasn't really able to come up with anything. Please
help! I'm going crazy trying to figure this out over here. D:

Latest update issues.

I had issues signing into my xbox earlier I can sign in now but now every time I try to use hulu or netflix my xbox signs me out so I can't use them at all

Just logged out of my live and retried Netflix says I need to log into Xbox live ? Do you all have home option selected on one Xbox or something

I have a password logging on my live account but that should not matter

And yes Netflix asks to sign into live when I try to use it. I have tried to remove Netflix signed out of live and tried to reinstall it but again asks to sing into live

 

Im having the same problem just now. I signed into netflix using a different netflix account and it was no problem signing in. Can you sign into netflix on your main account or is it still not letting you?

 

Having the exact same issue, error code on Xbox One.. But can sign into every other device. Same error code. Been happening since 6/12 in the PM. Chatted with Netflix, which was of no help. Same advice, sign out then back in and try again.

 

I have also been getting this problem since last night. I know that my email and password is correct because im able sing in on my phone and tablet. Just not on my xboxone.

 

Guys it is the App. I was having the same issue, so I uninstalled Netflix and reinstalled and it started working without any issues. I hope that this helps.

I've recently encountered this issue as well. I happened after I changed my password on the website, then I hopped onto the console only to see a login screen.

I figured it'd do that, however it doesn't allow me to sign in with my current and previous password. It's really irritating. I've deleted it and the local data, re-installed it, and nothing. Same screen, same error.

 

I'm also having the same issue. I've tried uninstalling the app several times, rebooting, unplugging the xbox for 10 seconds. Nothing works. UGH.

 

Same problem here as well, tried everything and it is still saying my email and password is incorrect even though i can sign in on other devices!

 

Have just spoken to Netflix and Xbox, Seems Xbox are clueless and aren't really bothered but Netflix are looking into the issue and will hopefully fix it soon.

 

There is a fix for this, reset to factory settings. But that's hardly worth bothering for.

 

Go to your home screen go to notifications there should be a notification for Netflix that says launch click launch and boom it worked for me
