Netflix shuts down my Xbox One time and time again

I've been having this issue for about a month now. Sometimes its 2 min in...sometimes I can do 3-4 episodes on a show. Bit either a error message comes up saying it can't play this title and does a hard shutdown of the system or doesn't give the message
at all and hurt shuts. It doesn't seem to be effecting anything else. My blu rays play fine, YouTube doesn't have issues, games play fine, my downloaded videos are good. Only Netflix. I've hard reset my system multiple times to no solution. I've even talked
to Microsoft and they can't answer it now. Also contacted Netflix and they referred me to Microsoft. Its maddening really. Anyone else having this issue?!

Xbox One - Longer Shut down times

Hi All,

I really dont know whether this is an problem.

On observation which i wanted to share with all, let me know your views...

Since this particular update, i have seen Xbox taking a while to shut down. Earlier, the shutdown was pretty quick. However currently the white light blinks and goes off repeatedly for an extended time and then only xbox shut itself down.

Although the process might have been the same, i think it never took long time..

Requesting your observations/views on the same

Why is my xbox doing this?? Randomly shuts off

I just got my box back from microsoft yesterday and it was working fine (I sent it in because there was a video problem). Today, though, I tried playing the Rage demo for the first time and once it launched the console immediately shut down. This happened
one more time and I gave up. Then I started to watch netflix and got through almost an entire episode of 30 Rock and my box shut down without warning. I'm afraid its going to keep doing this and i'll have to send my box in again. What could the problem be?

 

I am having the same hard shutdowns constantly, but it is always right away for me. i tried deleting the app and reinstalling... nothing is working and i've had the xbox one for more than a week now. Should I return it for a new one? or is this one of these
things you are always having problems with?

Iv had the same issue sense the beginning of this year. Iv tried everything and yet still no fix. A lot of people have been having this issue. I believe the last update may have caused this but that's just my guess. Some response from Microsoft would be
great.

 

Been having the same problem too... This really *** me off especially because it is a payment service. Get this sorted

 

Can someone from Microsoft get an answer through to us???????

 

The last time I posted a thread about this there wasnt a clear answer and Microsoft responded by saying to contact the creator of the apps having the problem and then locked the thread.

 

Having the same issue here since the March update. Re-installing the app doesn't fix it.
