    Netflix problem


    I am having problems with Netflix on my xbox one. When I start to watch a title after about 20 seconds it stops and I get this message. We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. My Netflix was
    working fine up till around a week ago. Does anyone know what the problem is? I

    Anyone having trouble launching/signing into Comedy Central and Syfy apps?

    Netflix Problem

    Sounds like local profile corruption on the profile with Gold. I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates, automatically reloaded) by:

    1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go 2 clicks right to Settings, pick System Settings.

    2) Select Storage (or Memory if Storage).

    3) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

    4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

    Delete profile from your console

    1) go to www.xbox.com/accounts & click on Sign in at upper right - if you can't sign in then **
    STOP: DON'T ** delete your profile. Please call Xbox Support

    http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers Option 2 for help with your account. If you can sign in, delete & redownload your profile on your Xbox this way:

    2) Go to Settings - pick System - choose Storage - pick All Devices - choose Gamer Profiles

    3) pick the gamertag choose Delete, and pick Delete Profile Only.

    This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements. Now, re-download your profile.

    Re-download

    1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

    2) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

    3) Enter the Microsoft Account addresse for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

    4) Enter the password for the Microsoft Account.

    4A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

    5) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

    6) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's
    Xbox!

    7) Sign in, and retry.

    I don't use Netflix but have you tried resetting your Xbox ?

    I didn't have this issue on my Xbox, but I had the same message/issue in a Netflix app on one of my "smart" TVs. I fixed it by going to the settings screen in the Netflix app, signing out of the Netflix account and then re-entering my email and password.
    If that doesn't work, you might try deleting the Netflix app, then go through the app sign-in/setup process again.

  6. This happened to me a few times. I slip hit the Home Button on the controller and hit the start button and say "Quit" and it seems to fix the problem. If not I do suggest resetting your XBOX (by plugging it for a few seconds), that tends to work with a few
    other problems too.

    Thanks for all the reply's. I took my xbox one down the stairs to try it and it's working fine was haveing problems with the All 4 app and 5 on demand as well and now they are working fine as well so has something to do with ISP witch is SKY going to purchase
    the Broadband Booster from them as think my room could be in a black spot. But never have any trouble playing games online tho it's strange

    Netflix Problems?

    I'm having this problem too. But every time I try to re download it, it only downloads to 79%.

    I can also watch it on my phone but not on my xbox.

    Problems with Netflix

    I'm with the same problem, every time I try to change the language to English (5.1 or stereo), Netflix shows an error message (without error code) and shut down. After 3 tryes, the movie became impossible to play, even in portuguese (it loads until 99%,
    then do not load anymore).

    The same happens in Fifa. When I tried to start, the game was shut down after the begining screen.

    Do anyone found a solution?
