Netflix problem, disconnects me from internet

Hi everybody. I have bought a Xbox One like 6 months ago. I dind't had any problems with it, but now, i installed Netflix on it. The problem is when i try to open the Netflix app, i get always an error like this: NW-2-5, and i lose my internet connection
instantly. After that, i have to restart the console to regain the acces to the internet. I can download things, i can play online games, only on Netflix my NAT Type is Unavaible and it says to acces the xbox site about Teredo. I did all the things from xbox.com/xboxone/teredo
but it still doesn't work properly. What is the problem?

Destiny: Crucible Server Troubles

It just says "You have been disconnected from the game world. There may be a problem with your internet connection. Visit Bungie.net for more information."

It only disconnects me from Crucible matches. Co-op and The Tower have no problems. I just want some damn Crucible marks for gear.

connection to xbox live

Ours has the same problem with Netflix and will disconnect from Live during a movie. I've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and it still disconnects. Netflix works fine on all my other devices. No other devices drop the internet connect, only the
Xbox 360. I'm paying for this service, why doesn't it work???

Hi! Did you run a network test? Sounds like you should open the ports that are listed here within your internet routers settings so that your NAT type is open: Xbox One Network Ports | Xbox Live Network Ports

Also, I know about NAT, and my router is set to moderate, and not open. I know that can cause problems, but the problem I have also effects things like Netflix. I watch a movie or show for 5 minutes, and I disconnect from Xbox live, which consequently causes
me to disconnect from Netflix.

taidara, my xbox live gold ran out on the 15th, this has been happening for longer, and i do have an external netflix account. it will also disconnect me from XBL outside of netflix, like, my entire xbox logs out of XBL.

little deerdude, i have disconnected my internet, ive turned it off also, this is the only xbox with my account
