    Ok searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer to this.

    When using Netflix on Xbox One both the smartglass app on Windows 10 and the built in controller to Windows 10 Xbox app have the same issue.

    The issue is that scrolling doesn't work, the on screen buttons (yellow, blue, red, green) do work.

    Both apps connect to Xbox with no issues and scrolling works with no problems on the console but just not within Netflix.

    Tried using Smartglass on Android and scrolling within Netflix works perfectly so this issue seems windows 10 related.

    Anyone else experiencing same or know a fix ?

    App wont turn console on

    Im having an issue with the xbox app on windows 10 and the smartglass app on ios not turning my console on. Ive tried with my Windows 10 PC (xbox app), Windows 10 laptop (xbox app) and my Ipad (smartglass app), none will power my console on, they will all
    connect to it when its on and turn it off though. My Xbox is set to instant on and everything is on the same network with the same Microsoft account logged in. Any ideas?

    Hi Flashmaster591, We haven't observed this issue being reported. Please help us out by reporting this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "Report a problem" so logs are provided and we can request and investigation.

    I have done this but it doesn't help solve my issue.

    I have found another post on the issue so others are experiencing it.

    Have also factory reset xbox that didn't fix.

    This is Windows related as the issue occurs on Surface 3 (xbox app and smartglass) , Lumia 950XL (xbox app and smartglass) and Lumia 820 running 8.1 (smartglass only as no xbox app)

    However

    Galaxy S7 running Android scrolling in Netflix works fine.

    It's for the Xbox One Smartglass app, not 360. Also as I said, I have the issue with the Mixer app as well.

    Hello

    At the moment I think the best way to do this is to download
    Smartglass     on your smartphone or to have the
    Xbox App     open on a W10 device. If you're phone or W10 device is on the same network as your Xbox One you can then type on your Xbox using those devices when you're prompted with a keyboard.

    (It doesn't work in certain apps like Netflix though)

    Hey there.

    To stream your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC, you'll need to use the "Xbox" app - not "Xbox Smartglass" or "Xbox Smartglass BETA". Try searching the store for just "Xbox".
