    Netflix not working


    Woke up and all of a sudden netflix won't even load. Reset router, did a hard reset, and deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works. While reinstalling I looked through the reviews for netflix on xbox store and many are having this problem. What's up?

    I'm having the same issue as well. Can't connect to any of my live streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus or Amazon Instant Video. All of the errors are directing me to contact each company's support forums - but it seems kind of obvious that it's a problem
    with the Xbox one.

    I got the same problem. my netflix, hulu plus and red box apps all have "cannot connect" errors, even though they work on all other devices. i did a hard reset and the issue still persists. This started when i downloaded and installed an update for Xbox
    video.
