Netflix Not Working

Netflix seems to not be working on my Xbox One. Every other device that it can be watched on in my home is working fine. However, when I went to watch Netflix on Xbox One when I got home from work I get a message saying that it cannot connect. I do not
think it is on Netflix end because like I said it is only happening on Xbox One. Are you guys having issues with the app? I have done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It worked fine yesterday.

Never mind. I did a hard reset of the system and it fixed it.

 

I got the same problem. my netflix, hulu plus and red box apps all have "cannot connect" errors, even though they work on all other devices. i did a hard reset and the issue still persists. This started when i downloaded and installed an update for Xbox
video.

 

I'm having the same issue as well. Can't connect to any of my live streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus or Amazon Instant Video. All of the errors are directing me to contact each company's support forums - but it seems kind of obvious that it's a problem
with the Xbox one.

 

had the same issue and had support fix it for me. here are the steps i followed:

go home and then move right and then remove account.

And then turn off the console.

After removing and disconnect the power supply.

Reconnect after a minute and then turn on and then add account again and then test connection and then launch the application.
