Netflix not working on xboxOne

Our Neftlix will only load Maybe 1/5th of the titles available. Every other title loads extremely slow just to end up saying the Title is Unavailable at this Time. and corner of screen says tvq-pm-100 (3.1.-52). I don't know if that number is significant
or not but it's the same everytime.

I've already called Netflix and done everything they suggested.

Turned off Xbox and unplugged to try to clear cache.

Unplugged HDMI and switched the ports, etc.

Closed and reloaded Netflix.

Signed out and back in.

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Unplugged and replugged in modem.

I saw a suggestion somewhere to try to download an older version of Netflix and maybe it was a problem with an update but that's not an option when I look in the game store.

It's not our internet either. Netflix works fine on other devices, and our XboxOne is plugged into the modem, we aren't using WiFi. So I don't know what else it would be.

When I check network on Netflix it's all green checks saying it's connected good.

So any ideas? It's getting frustrating.

Neflix could not setup for the Xboxone S. It is failed after download netflix applications.

I'm sorry to see any issues with loading titles in Netflix. What you are describing sounds like there is an issue with the way the Xbox One is receiving the internet connection. I'd like to ensure that everything is looking good on the Xbox One itself and
see if we can adjust anything that might not be good.

I'll need a few things to dig into this. First, I'll need the modem manufacturer and model number that you're plugged into. Then I will need the detailed network statistics on your console. You can get this by going to Settings > All settings > Network
> Network settings > Detailed network statistics. You can post back with either a list of what's there or an image. While you're in there, running a multiplayer test will be beneficial if I have to refer you to phone or chat.
