    Netflix not working on Xbox One


    It originally started as an error after the red "netflix" loading screen where you were unable to log into a user, This issue has now turned into netflix exiting itself to the dashboard every time it finishes the first screen. I have already tried deleting
    and re-installing it but this hunk of junk persistantly fails to work properly. Any idea what I could do to solve this issue?

    The same thing happened to me. Fully turn off the xbox and then turn it back on. It worked for me.

    I have been checking xbox.com/status to see if anything has been said but all I'm seeing is Kinect Nat Geo TV- Limited and from browsing the forums I see I'm not the only one having Netflix issues. So...

    Netflix not working on Xbox One

    Ok, try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it restarts.

    If that doesn't work you can try uninstalling the app, then hold the power button again. After the console has shut down go to netflix.com's support pages (after you've logged in) and select the option to sign out of all devices. Then head back to the
    console and redownload the app.

    Let me know if any of those helps.

    I have this problem with Netflix for about 2 weeks on my xbox one x in Alpha skip ahead. Netflix on my xbox one in Alpha works fine at the moment.

    Netflix not working on Xbox One

    Netflix app doesnt seem to be working online, it loads the default black title screen with Netflix in the centre. But there is no loading cursor, then it simply says the service is unavailable and to go to the support page of Xbox Live.

    Anyone else suffering this problem? Netflix appears to be working elsewhere, but not on the Xbox One.
    I'm actually experiencing the same issue with Netflix across three separate consoles; XBox 360, XBox One, and XBox one S. I know resetting or some of the other suggestions may not work because I already tried them on the S troubleshooting another issue unrelated
    to this.
