    Netflix not working at all since update


    So, unlike most, my issue isn't with loading or disconnecting from the Netflix app. It loads fine, I can browse thru the movies all i want. However, none of the input buttons work. A to play, B to back out, Y to search...pressing them causes nothing to
    happen. I've tried 2 controllers, and even logged on thru SmartGlass to get the same results. I've deleted the Netflix app and re-installed it, nothing seems to work. What do I need to do to use Netflix?

    Anniversary update broke the Netflix voice commands

    The Netflix voice commands are not working in Netflix since the update. Voice works everywhere else. This isn't the first time an update has done this to Netflix on my system. Is anyone using voice successfully in Netflix since the update?

    sorry to hear that you are having this issue..

    since you are having the issue after the latest update I recommend that you delete the current update and re-download it see if it works.

    To delete update.

    1. Settings
    2. System
    3. Storage
    4. Press the following keys in sequence LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X This will then prompt you to delete current update select YES and your Xbox will reboot.
    Once your console restarts try the Netflix app and see if it works.

    Netflix not working at all since update :)

    Same problem. Microsoft says its Netflix. Netflix says its Microsoft. Since this was working just fine until a recent update I hope Microsoft can work with Netflix to fix the problem.

    Same issue here.

    Not just netflix. Live TV too. Dimming every few mins. Been through all settings and had no luck.

    This has only occurred since the update latest update.

    Support response please?

    My Kinect is also randomly disconnecting all the time since the update. Voice doesn't work anymore either. I guess that's for a different thread though.
