Netflix not working at all anymore on Xbox One now?

So i am in Preview and i guess there's a chance this is the reason it's really *** up now, but yesterday it worked fine and there has been no update since.

Just now i started the app and the Xbox One said ''getting your app ready.'' which is odd, because i use this app all the time. Something is clearly going. Then it starts to load and i see the spinning circle and it just goes on and on and eventually i get
a error message with a error code:

Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in 20 seconds. Code: NW-2-5

After that it's retrying the connection and it just doesn't work at all. So i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, didn't help a *** thing. I tried to download the one and only Netflix app in the store, which is a grey box and doesn't show a picture of Netflix.
When i choose it i get all the information about it. When i click on ''free'' it says ''try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.'' this is when i had uninstalled the app. It's working fine on my Surface though.

What the hell is going on?

Netflix not working at all since update

So, unlike most, my issue isn't with loading or disconnecting from the Netflix app. It loads fine, I can browse thru the movies all i want. However, none of the input buttons work. A to play, B to back out, Y to search...pressing them causes nothing to
happen. I've tried 2 controllers, and even logged on thru SmartGlass to get the same results. I've deleted the Netflix app and re-installed it, nothing seems to work. What do I need to do to use Netflix?

I am having a similar problem everytime I try to use my Netflix app it says unable to connect to Netflix plus now every time I load my hulu app I have to sign in it no longer automatically signs in this has been going on a couple days now I don't know if
it's related but it started after I downloaded something called 0715_xboxgametest2 I called the support line and they couldn't fix the problem

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work. It won't even let me get it from the store.
