Netflix not loading

Discus and support Netflix not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I use Netflix on a 360. The past week, the app started to take longer to load but for the past 2 days it's not loading at all. It starts but gets stuck...     Netflix not loading


    I use Netflix on a 360. The past week, the app started to take longer to load but for the past 2 days it's not loading at all. It starts but gets stuck on the load page. I tried deleting and re downloading it but no improvement. I tried restarting my network.
    I checked my Netflix account and it's fine, it works on my IPad and windows phone Just not on the Xbox.

    Any ideas and suggestions welcome !

    Netflix not loading....

    netflix had mentioned issues with accessing netflix on their website earlier. I'd imagine that was the cause.

    Netflix not loading

    Same for me, also tried the public dns servers but it won't work. It stays on the loading screen and after 10 min the nw-1-19 error appears. I also tried resetting my xbox, network reset, deleting and reinstalling. Nothing would work. please help me. The
    helpdesk from nor Xbox, netflix and my network provider could help me

    I say xbox go to Netflix....the Netflix title screen appears and the circular loading icon comes up at the bottom, then it freezes and goes back to the home screen.....any ideas?

    I noticed that I am not the only one dealing with this , I have been trying for the past 3 days and no luck. It is funny how things work really good for a about a year and boom big problems. I have four xbox and no Netflix working on any of them. But I can
    get on my smart tv, my computers no problem. Talked to xbox people they said it was Netflix, talked to Netflix, Netflix said it was my internet provider. Talked to my internet Provider. They said not us your internet is great. So what I am supposed to do
    now. We pay for this and nothing is getting resolved. I just I am just going to sit and shake my head. Crazy.

    Same problem here. Three weeks ago, I noticed that Netflix was dropping repeatedly in the middle of movies and I was having to reconnect repeatedly. Finally, last weekend, it stopped loading on start-up altogether, and ultimately I get the Code nw-1-19.
    I've been surfing all the support forums today and trying the various remedies, including the manual DNS settings (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.), but nothing works. Very frustrating. Can somebody help?

    Xbox One NETFLIX issues.

    the only problems i've had with Netflix is that from time to time, after selecting which Netflix profile to use, it doesn't load the movies, it just says Netflix across the top and shows the loading icon but doesn't go away until i quit Netflix and go back
    into it.

    Having trouble with Netflix too. At first it opened Netflix but loaded no content. I followed Microsoft directions and deleted netlix from my xbox and then loaded it up again. Now it just freezes on the Netflix screen when it tried to start up. this sucks.

    Got the same dawn issue!! Been a month now fighting with Microsoft. Bought a new one bought a transfer cable and transfered all data and wiped it clean now no apps are working , gta 5 online not working and bing search won't work probably lands in apps..
    very angry been with xbox for like 6 year bought a gigantic worth of content reason why I bought thisone cause I was 320gb so I would have room and then xbox made me format my hard rive to try to fix this so now 6 yearsof ggaming down the drain as well NEVER
    FIXED IT! Then ask me to pay 200$ to send it in to fix... FOR NETFLIX AND GTA ONLINE? very disappointed and probably selling it to move to ps4
