Netflix Not Loading Error NW-2-5

I tried all reasonable suggestions, restarting modem, uninstalling and reinstalling app, restarting console, but still getting the NW-2-5 error. Netflix reports that there is problem with the network connection, but the XBOX test says it's fine. I can
launch Netflix on my PS4 with no problems. This just started happening after latest update.

XBOX version.

OS Verson 10.0.14393.2152

When you do a search on the Error code for Netflix, you end up with a lot of these and also solutions.

i had a similar problem, could try this solution

1) From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)

2) From there, enter the Primary DNS as 208.67.222.222 and the Secondary DNS as 208.67.220.220

a. You can also use 8.8.8.8 Primary and 8.8.4.4 Secondary (google DNS)

3) Turn the Xbox off then back on, DO NOT factory reset, just a power cycle.

this fixed my netflix for me to watch movies

Turns out it was my TP-Link router. There is a known issue and TP-Link apparently released a firmware update, but I hadn't gotten it as of today. So I just replaced the router with an Motorola one and now everything is fine.
