NETFLIX - No Sound

Hey folks

As the title said I tried to watch a film last night via Netflix but there was no sound coming from the app.

I could get guide sounds and when i switched to a game I had sound.

Anyone encountered this problem and/or know of a fix? I checked all the settings I could think of.

I output sound to my headset (TB P12) if that helps?

No Sound on Netflix

IF i have been playing a while and then try to watch a movie on Netflix I get no souind. I fire up my laptop that use the same wireless router and it work just fine. Typically if i shut the xbox off and leave it for a while and then turn it back on a couple
of hours later its works for about two movies and then the sound goes back off. THIS is really annoying since I got the xbox to watch netflix for myself and so my children would have fun playing online. Please advise.

No Sound on Netflix

Hello! How is your console connected to your TV and sound system, if any? What type of cable are you using? What setting is the console set to for sound? Also, moving to forum 04, using my console.

 

Was it a Charlie Chaplain film Boas? You know those are silent, right? ;-)

 

LOL, i wish it was that would explain it!

It was the 2nd hunger games film justy incase anyone is actually interested (which they wont be, but imma write it anyway)

 

Could be the application encountered a problem. Try restarting the Xbox and check if the issue is still there.

 

Thanks for the suggestion Vato. Dont know why i didnt think of a hard reset?!?!

is the first Hunger Games worth watching Boas, I have been put off by the cheesy cover?

 

Mate I though it would be cheesy but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a watch!

 

Try playing through your tv not the headset and do you still have the problem
