    Netflix Navigation Problems


    When navigating menus and shows, it's impossible to move over just one space. I've tried different controllers, taking out the batteries, restarting the console, and I've reinstalled the app multiple times. This makes the app almost impossible to enjoy.
    Can you please help?

    Kinect Commands navigation no longer work in Netflix App

    Using Kinect commands for navigation no longer works in the Netflix app. Hasn't been working for the past few months.

    Smart Glass

    Smart glass doesn't seem to be working as well as it used to. For instance I cannot use smart glass to control the cursor when using Edge any more or I cannot navigate Netflix. Anyone else having problems with Smart Glass?

    actually to be fair I really don't watch tv Netflix I watch on either my pc or 360 and have yet to have a problem with using the controller to navigate lol

    Change Netflix Sign-in account?

    I've never heard of this issue before, so let me just make sure I understand correctly:

    - Upon opening Netflix, you choose "Sign in"

    - Instead of allowing you to type in your own email address, it is automatically filling in the email address field with the email address associated with you Xbox Live account without allowing you to change it

    If this is the case, you can try quitting and reopening Netflix, deleting the Saved Data for Netflix, or uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app. To do so, follow these steps:

    Quit Netflix

    - Navigate to the Netflix tile either from the Home screen or My Games and Apps

    - Press the Menu (or Start) button on your controller

    - Choose Quit

    Delete Saved Data for Netflix:

    - Navigate to the Netflix tile

    - Press the Menu button

    - Choose "Manage app"

    - Navigate to your Saved Data for Netflix. It will be the tile with your gamerpic or avatar

    - Press the Menu button again

    - Choose Delete Saved Data

    Uninstall Netflix

    - Navigate to Netflix tile

    - Press Menu button

    - Choose Manage app

    - Choose the "Internal" drop down menu right above the big tile for Netflix

    - Choose Uninstall all

    If none of the above works, try to restart your console. This is certainly odd behavior for the app.

    Changing Netflix Accounts (Help!)

    You can do this by deleting Netflix from the console. Go to System Settings, then select Memory, then Games, and look for Netflix. Delete that, and then navigate back to the app on the Dashboard, and you will be prompted to download again. At that point,
    you can put in your new Netflix account :)

    Its pretty cool to navigate with the Kinect. I just wish you can use the Kinect to search on Netflix.

    I'm getting the same issue with every app I try to use like vudu, crunchyroll, Netflix, etc. Wondering if it's an Xbox Live issue or that new update. All the problems started after the update that personally I think is garbage for trying to navigate.
