Netflix missing content

Hi,

I have netflix on just about every device i own. Love it to death.

Was super excited about my xbox one, but for some reason a lot of the content my kids watch is missing.

I am wondering if its somehow forced to american netflix cause i did notice some articles online about the content being removed. I can still watch it on my phone and tablet and pc and whatnot but not on my xbox one.

My region for my console is canada. Anyone have any idea how i can check this?

Xbox One X and 4K Streaming

Ok, I have an Xbox 0ne X (Scorpio), a Netflix account with 4k HD Ultra and a 4K TV. My internet bandwidth is > 25Mb. So, why can't I see 4k content in the Netflix app on Xbox? A friend is saying he's getting it, so what's up? Am I missing something?

So checking more i definetly have shows on the xbox one i don't have on my other devices and vice versa. So my netflix is in the wrong region, any idea how to fix this?

in response to Netflix going live, Lovefilm have reduced the cost of their Media streaming only package to £4.99...but their content is not as up to date as Netflix, and where Netflix has HD content, Lovefilm currently does not

All of that content is streamed into the xbox from Netflix. This is an issue you're going to have to talk to netflix about.

Sounds like a content provider issue (example: Netflix problem if its on Netflix) Can you try another platfrorm such as Netflix on the 360 and also on another device and see what is available?

if it was on Netflix the problem is with them. there is no adult content like that on Netflix or xbox except a few borderline hbo skin flix. if the problem still happens I would contact Netflix and make sure they are aware of the issue
