    Netflix keeps logging out


    Since the last update Netflix will no longer keep my account information. Every time I launch the app it prompts me to sign up for a free trial or sign in from scratch. Really annoying.

    Hey ExRev, glad to hear Netflix looks to be in the clear with the exception of that show. If only that show is disconnecting, it sounds like a contact issue that would need to be addressed with Netflix.

    Log out of Netflix?

    Hi,

    1. From the home screen of the Netflix app, press the Back button on your controller. (This is the small button to the left of the guide button.)

    2. Select the Gear from the screen that appears.

    3. Select Sign out in the lower-left corner of the next screen.

    Or uninstall and then to install the application , then log in with your account.
