Netflix keeps crashing

have tried a number of things - uninstalling/reinstalling, unplugging everything for 5 minutes, etc. this is a joke

Netflix Keeps Crashing

Im having issues with netflix, and now i cant find the uninstall button anywhere....

Iv tried the hard reset on the xbox but its still not showing the uninstall button.

Anyone help???

 

I'm also having the same issue since Saturday, re-installed netflix and still not working

Sorry to hear that you're having problems launching Netflix. I can totally relate as to how frustrating that could be. I split your post into it's own thread so that it could get more attention and we could make sure we could tailor your support as appropriate
for this issue. What I would say, if you haven't yet, is to look over the troubleshooting steps outlined here on "My Xbox One game won't start or
freezes during gameplay". I know Netflix isn't a game but that guide helps with apps as well.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, the next best thing I can suggest is a soft reset of your console.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games and apps.
